Make your Privacy Center accessible through your company's domain.
Step 1 - Create a DNS record:
- Login to your DNS management console (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc).
- Decide on the domain name that will host your privacy center. We recommend using a subdomain of your customer-facing website, for example:
privacy.company.com
- Create a new DNS record with the following parameters:

The full domain name you would like to use for the privacy center. e.g. privacy.company.com |
privacy.saymine.io | Leave as default |
Note: DNS changes usually take effect in a few minutes but can take up to 72 hours.
Step 2 - Reach out to us:
Reach out to your customer success manager, letting him/her know the domain you created. They will verify the DNS record you created and complete the setup on our side.
That's it! Your Privacy Center is now available at: https://privacy.company.com/yourcompany (or any URL suffix you have configured).
