Automate your privacy requests fulfillment by integrating Mine PrivacyOps to Attentive Mobile
This integration allows you to automate DSR handling from Attentive Mobile.
- Fulfilling a user’s deletion request using this integration will delete the customer's personal information from Attentive.
- Fulfilling a user's copy request using this integration exports the customer's subscriptions and eligibilities.
Note:
Deleting data from Attentive Mobile can take up to 45 days.
Before you start
- Make sure your MineOS plan supports integrations.
- Make sure you have the required permission to install apps on Attentive.
Setting up
- Log in to your MineOS account, click Data Sources and search for Attentive. Click it to access the integration setup page:
- Click "add to list".
- Click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authorization flow.
- Click enable integration and Save.
- You can now click "Test your integration" so the system can check the configuration was applied correctly.
