Automating your privacy request fulfillment by integrating MineOS to Typeform

This integration allows you to automate DSRs by delete  customer data from Typeform. 

What this integration does?

• Deletion requests are automated by deleting responses that contain the customer's emails address.
• Copy requests are not supported
  
  

Before you start

• Make sure your MineOS plan supports automatic integrations.
• Make sure you are an account owner in Typeform

Setting up

To connect the Typeform integration, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Typeform account.
   
   
2. On the top left corner Click your user name, then choose "Account" 
   
   
   
3. Click the Account drop down
4. Choose Personal tokens
   
5. click Generate a new token
6. Fill in the following:
   1. Token name : "MineOS"
   2. Custom Scopes
      1. Accounts : Read
      2. Forms : Read , Write
      3. Responses : Read , Write
   
   
7. Click Generate token
8. Copy the token and Paste as the "Personal access token" field in the Mine Integration page.
9. Go back to your Typeform workspace and copy the account Id from the url of the browser. For example: with the url  "https://admin.typeform.com/accounts/XXXYYY/workspaces/"  the 
   account Id is XXXYYY
10. Paste the account Id in the Account Id field in the Mine Integration page.
11. Click "Enable integration" and "Save."

You're done! MineOS has been connected to your Typeform account. You can now easily anonymize your customers' data from Typeform.
