To initiate a user search, click on "User search" on the lefthand toolbar in your Privacy Portal. -png.png?width=200&name=Group%2013587%20(3)-png.png)
Enter the relevant email address in the search box to search for a specific user.
User searches will return 2 forms of records, if found:
1. User data across automated data source integrations
A user search will return user data across automated data source integrations. If you have no enabled integrations, no results will appear.
This can help locate and understand where is the user data before handling a request, or to know if you still hold data on a specific user after closing a request.
2. User request history
A user search will return a user's request history - if they submitted a request, its status, type, date received, and source.
